IT SPECIALIST JUNIOR
Enivibes ricerca un Sistemista IT Junior.
La risorsa affiancherà il team per la gestione della configurazione e monitoraggio di sistemi SW e HW sviluppati nell'ambito del settore Energetico.
Principali Responsabilità
- Installazione, configurazione e manutenzione di sistemi software per il monitoraggio pipelines.
- troubleshooting legato alle problematiche più diffuse legate all'ambiente di monitoraggio.
- Fornire assistenza e supporto tecnico/help desk agli utenti finali dei sistemi.
Competenze Tecniche
- apparati/sistemi/infrastrutture ICT in generale e utilizzo dei principali tool desktop (Microsoft Office/Office365).
- networking e principali apparati di rete.
- sistemi per il tracciamento delle segnalazioni.
- sistemi operativi Windows e Linux e dei fondamenti della programmazione (linguaggi di scripting).
Requisiti
- Preferibilmente diploma di perito informatico o tecnico e/o laurea in informatica.
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno un anno in ambito informatico (help desk tecnico IT, sistemista Junior, addetto/a ai sistemi informativi, etc.).
- Disponibilità a trasferte in territorio nazionale e internazionale.
- disponibilità a effettuare turni di reperibilità per assistenza in orario extra lavorativo.

Enivibes is looking for an IT Junior System Specialist.
The candidate will join the IT team and be involved in the configuration and proactive monitoring of SW and HW systems developed in the Energy Industry.
Main Responsibilities
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of software systems for pipelines monitoring.
- troubleshooting related to the most common problems related to the monitoring environment.
- providing aid and technical/help desk support to systems end users.
Technical Skills
- ICT equipment / systems / infrastructures in general and main desktop tools (Microsoft Office / Office365).
- networking and the main network equipment.
- issue tracking SW systems.
- Windows and Linux operating systems and the fundamentals of programming (scripting languages).
Requirements
- Preferably, a computer science or technical diploma and/or computer science degree.
- Previous experience of at least one year in the IT field (IT technical help desk, Junior systems analyst, information systems responsible, etc.).
- Willingness to travel to national and international territory.
- Availability to make on-call shifts for assistance in extra-working hours.
